Morrison Ranch

There’s no mistaking a Morrison Ranch neighborhood. Vehicle traffic is slowed along wide, residential parkways and tree-lined streets, where set back sidewalks and broad expanses of grass encourage residents to walk, jog, or bike from home to school or work. From the moment you move into your home in Morrison Ranch, you will realize that it is a different kind of community. You may have even said it to others as you contemplated your move, noting the white two-rail fences, the shade trees, or the large green belts. But actually living in the neighborhood will introduce you to all the small details that contribute to the feel of community. The value placed on pedestrians, being able to walk to your children’s soccer practices at the end of your street, the ease of riding your bike to the grocery store for a gallon of milk, or attending one of our community activities such as Youth Fishing Day or the Fall Festival – all proclaim that a Morrison Ranch neighborhood is designed with the resident in mind.

The look of the community draws upon the area’s rural ranch character with groves of trees, wide grass-covered setbacks, and white rail fences. Multiple rows of trees line the streets, sidewalks, parks, and extensive greenbelts, creating a shaded environment for everyone to enjoy.

Play Areas

From basketball, soccer, and t-ball to tot lots and play areas, toy boats and fishing, children of all ages will find something of interest in this community.

Open Spaces

Miles of tree-lined footpaths and walking trails connect the community’s people with its diverse, cultural, recreational, and entertainment facilities.

The Lakes and Trees

Morrison Ranch offers three large, recreational lakes, green tree-covered open spaces, neighborhood amenities and a friendly safe living environment.

To date, more than 11,600 trees have been planted in our residential neighborhoods. We estimate there will be 8,000 to 10,000 more trees planted before the community is fully developed. Morrison Ranch industrial development will probably add an additional 3,000 to 4,000 trees.
